Q: How long have you been filming weddings? A: Off and on for twenty years. Q: Will you come early on the wedding day? A: Yes. We always arrive at least one hour before the time of the service. Q: What happens if one of your cameras breaks down? A: We always carry spare equiptment with us. Q: How will you be dressed? A: We always wear appropriate suits. We try our best to blend in and look like just another guest. We will wear a tux, if you request it. Q: Will Special Memories Video be the one shooting the video? A: Yes, 100%. We never sub-contract. Q: How well do you work with the photographer / planner / officiant? A: We pride ourselves with having worked with some of the best photographers around and at all times, have never had any problems. We will consult with your planner, the officiant and your photographer to etablish good rapport before the ceremony. Q: Do you attend the rehearsal? A: We will attend your rehearsal to plan for your event and to meet with your wedding planner, the photographer and the wedding official if they are there. Q: How long do you spend on preparing my wedding DVD? A: Depending on package booked, we normally spend 30-40 hours on final post production editing and authoring of the DVD. Q: How long after the wedding before I get my video? A: 4-6 weeks depending on the package chosen. It may take longer during our busy periods. Q: Will we be the first to view our wedding DVD? A: Yes, it's our policy to only send out additional orders after you have received and viewed your copies. Q: How much is the videography booking fee? A: $100.00 will hold your date. We only book one wedding per day. Q: What if I should have to cancel? A: We regret that your booking fee is non-refundable. |
